Ecological lubricant capable of effectively replacing traditional systems such as acetylene gas and ceramic powder.
It has excellent adhesion to the substrate. Excellent anti-sticking power. No development of harmful fumes / vapors. Non flammable at working temperatures. No deposit / interference on the sliding guides.

AUTOMATIC SPRAY SYSTEM INOX
Complete spraying system for automatic application of release agent in Aluminium and other alloys Extrusion. It is made up of a pressurized container provided of electric valves, piping and special nozzle, especially studied to apply a homogeneous and continuous coating of release agent on the dummy block or on the billet. It has been especially developed for the application of “STAG” series lubricants and release agents, in running conditions.
The system includes:
- A pressurized tank provided of funnel, solenoid valves, safe valve, taps, pressure gauge and regulator
- Kit of pipes
- Automatic spraying gun
- Set of spraying nozzles
